This hotel is perfectly located on the main square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area and dining out. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included is satisfactory and there is a great terrace overlooking the square where you can relax and watch the world go by.
There is no elevator, so guests have to climb a steep marble staircase to access the rooms on the upper floors.

Central and convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff.
The staircase to reach some rooms is quite steep, so it might be difficult for people with mobility issues. , the hotel is located in an area that can be quite noisy at night, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.

Lovely romantic stay!
We recently had a wonderful romantic escape and we loved almost everything about this hotel. The spacious and grand interiors were breathtaking, giving us major throwbacks to classic Cuba. The staff was very well trained and offered excellent customer service. Located at a great spot in the city, it became very convenient for us to access great restaurants, shopping, and nightlife around. The best aspect of our stay was the beautiful outdoor patio where we enjoyed delicious food and drinks while people-watching.
The only downside we found during our stay was the breakfast. The options were very limited and we expected something more from this grand hotel.
